Ashlyn had tubes put in both of her ears today, and she did very well. She was such a trooper, making the surgery process very simple, so praise the Lord! They had a bunch of toys there, so she just played happily, riding the car up and down the hallway, until it was her turn. Then she went with the nurse easily and before too long it was all over. She was pretty touchy afterward because of the anesthesia, but that didn't last too long.
I am very glad that we put in the tubes because the doctor said that the fluid was very thick, and if left in there, could've eventually put a hole in her eardrum. I'm so thankful that we caught it early.
